Mylabyogi is a young growing Home Blood Collection Company based in Mumbai. We provide the service of home blood collection to Labs & Large Tertiary Care Hospitals such as Kokilaben Ambani Hospital, Hinduja Health Care, Dr.Lals Pathlab, Dr. Jariwala Lab, Suburban Diagnostics, and Holy Family Hospital etc.
QUALIFICATION:
BSC/BSCMLT/MSC/MSCMLT/
Job Profile:
Technical Training as per a fixed SOP and Training Protocol of the Technical Training department
Manage the entire training period of new recruits till they are deployed on the Field. This includes attendance, discipline and daily reporting to Chief Quality Officer on training progress
Creation of new training and re-training modules as per guidelines provided
Bringing innovative ideas to automate certain modules of training. (Eg: creation of an Audio Visual for some modules
Key Skills Sets:
Should have patience and passion for teaching and enjoy training as a daily job
Should demonstrate high levels of integrity and hard work
Should be a self starter and bring innovative ideas to improve the current processes
Strong computing skills MS Office, Email Communication, Google Spreadsheets etc
Good command over spoken and written English, Hindi
Experience: 1 to 2yrs as a Technical trainer
Remuneration:
Rs 12000/ - 17,000/- p.m based on valid experience
